My license plate lights are out on my 2003 Dodge 2500. Can anyone tell me if there on there own fuse

Where is the fuse at? I can't find it.

The fuse is #34 in the integrated power module (under hood fuse block). This is the same fuse that provides power to all of the parking lights, so if they work then the circuit has failed down stream of splice 324 at the left rear of the chassis.
