AC Blower

On my 2000 GC the HVAC blower has stopped working. The compressor is engaging and cold air is there, but no blower. I have changed the resistor with a new one. No luck. I tested the blower motor itself and it is working. I have also changed out the 3 knob control unit in the dash center. No change. In the wiring diagram a blower relay is shown and the internet says it is by the blower wiring harness, in a wiring harness. I have yet to find it. Can anyone show me a picture of what it looks like or the exact location. It is the only component I have not changed. Also does the BCM have ANYTHING to do with the AC blower?
