Does someone recognize this grill and can identify the make and model?

Need help identifying this grill, not sure if it's worth saving. Thanks much.

My best guess is 1938-ish Ford. It's upside down I think, the hole is for emergency use of a hand crank. In that condition it's probably not worth restoring, but who knows? Not worth a lot of money, I'd think, because of all the work needed to get it into usable shape.
