Bumper hitch

Hi guys I just bought a 2011 Ford-F150 (6 cylinder). I also have a 4x8 foot utility trailer from Lowes and I will be hauling a motorcycle that weighs 530 pounds on the trailer and I was wondering if I could safely haul this trailer/motorcycle combination around using the bumper/ball setup that comes stock with the truck, or should I go with the trailer hitch route?
