Air Conditioner is not working after replacement of battery

Recently had compressor replaced in air conditioner and it was functioning great. Replaced battery and now air conditioner in front is blowing hot air. Rear air conditioner is working and cooling. Anyone have this problem? Any idea how to fix it?
