"...pretty much fulfilled its promise of trouble-free operation." I guess if you don't count the windshield fiasco (not the fault of the car, but still a headache to get parts) or the repeatedly malfunctioning adaptive cruise, collision mitigation and road departure systems.
I would say that if you've stated that you're going to have to schedule a service visit to get it taken care of, that qualifies as trouble.
