oil filter housing crack

new 2017 pacifica oil filter housing cracked at 260 miles I week on road causing tow to dealer on sunday july 31 2016.monday dealer had to do dye test per Chrysler .had to special order part was fixed wed 8/4/16 my dealer sent driver to pick up and deliver he got 100 miles engine lite came on he returned but had to go to other dealer Monday the 8th and they wont look at vehicle till Monday the 15.a total bad start to vacation.dealer parts man said six other parts like this were on order.a special team at chysler is handling my problem case#29835014.not happy
