Aftemarket Upgrades?

I'm hoping someone here might be able to answer this question... We're looking at late model used Santa Fe Sports. It seems that the majority of used inventory (near us anyway) consists of base 2.4 L models. We really like the vehicle overall, but the base model lacks a couple of features we would really like - namely roof rack side rails and backup camera. Does anyone know if it's possible to have a local Hyundai dealer install these items after sale?
