missing at low speed

Hello out there. When I creep out for a left turn the engine seems to miss, almost like a non audible popping ie. you can feel it but not hear it. This is only at very low speed crawls 1-5 mph...any thoughts? The transmission was rebuilt 10,000 miles ago and the engine was just tuned up. Could this be a timing belt issue?
