Hi i have a 2002 chevy impala i am experiencing problems with the turn signals they work when they want and when they do they blink very fast also my driver side front window goes down and only half way up does anyone have any idea what might b happening i dont want to get ripped off when i take it in to b serviced THANKS

when i use blinkers and hit brakes abs/traction lite/battary lite/than it buzzes/and feels like abs starts to work
