Our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica has two normal keys and a KeySense fob that limits certain vehicle functions. At the moment, the KeySense key is the only one that works.

    I wonder if the two "standard" keys you received actually belong to another Pacifica, and the dealer just picked up the wrong set at delivery time?

    Yep, when I picked up my Civic he handed me the keys and the car wouldn't start... wrong key! I bet it happens all the time. Its something that needs to be on a checkbox in your head, although its more complicated with keyless start.

    Yep, it's happened to me too. From this small sample size I can extrapolate that it must happen to dealers all the time -- so, one would think that they would work out a system to prevent this. *shrug*

    Re the volume, how quiet is this interior at highway speed? I have a 2014 Odyssey and we have to shout to have a conversation at higher speed. I'm looking for a quieter minivan when my lease is up. How does it compare with the interior noise of the Sedona?
