question about maintenance intervals

So I bought my 2014 kia forte about 10 months ago with 19000 miles. I want to keep it on the recommended maintenance in the manual. However, I drive it less than the usual driver. For instance my 30,000 mile service or 24 month service will becoming up in december but I will only have about 26000 miles on it at that point. Do I still need to get that service. And as time goes on I will keep having less and less miles at the service intervals. So say at 45,000 interval but I only have mileage in the mid to high 30s would I still need to get that service.
