Please help identify this sound

Hello - I just purchased a new vehicle. The first time I drove on the highway (day 3 of ownership) I heard this sound (attached). I called the dealership and they said to bring it to service. For the first 2 seconds or so you'll hear the general background noise before the louder/problematic sound starts.

I heard this sound before in a older vehicle . The same sound. Might not be your problem but it sounds the same.

Check the radio connections to the speakers and amp if there is one.
