Distorted rear window

Has anyone else noticed that the rear window on their Accord is distorted or out of focus? On mine, you can see the safety film sandwiched between the glass on the rear window. Everything is distorted. I checked 5 other cars on the lot and they all had the same distortion.
The dealer and the district rep acknowledged that there was an issue, but refused to do anything. I did the lemon law process in TX and Honda developed amnesia and I lost. I filed a complaint with the NHTSA and I'm looking at the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act to see if I have recourse.
