Fiat Chrysler is recalling an estimated 1.4 million vehicles in the U.S., including the 2010 Chrysler Sebring midsize sedan, for a problem that might prevent deployment of airbags and seat belt pre-tensioners in certain crashes.

    "Fiat Chrysler said it will notify customers when they may schedule service."

    When does that happen? There was a recall on the airbag for my Jeep Wrangler months ago, got the letter from Fiat Chrysler. But still no ETA for repair. So we are meant to drive around with these potential bombs inches from out faces in the mean time?
