Car runs badly after wreck

I rear ended someone the summer before last. I have only put 10,000 miles on the car since then. It now has 60,000 miles. I have taken it to my usual shop once for the problem and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it or couldn't make the car do it for them. No engine light is coming on. The car has intermittent rough idle and sometimes rough engine sound when driving. I stopped by the shop again today to make an appointment for an oil change. The guy suggested we look at the motor mounts.

I had the repair done at the local Honda dealer. I have never had to have an accident repair before and didn't know that the body shop also looked at the mechanics of the car. I kept pressuring their body staff to have the car sent to the repair side of the dealership to be looked at before they ordered the parts because I was afraid the car might be totaled out if repairs got too high. I asked them to have the brakes looked at and told them I'd pay for it separately. I had problems stopping and also wanted to make sure they looked at the mechanics of the car.. I left the dealer a bad review on the Honda website and someone from the dealership called me. I was never told about the body shop working on mechanics or what they even replaced on my car. They kept my car over a month and the engine light was on when I went to pick it up. I went in and they brought the car in to turn off the light. I left the dealership, but had to bring it right back because it was running bad and when I turned the AC on it was hotter than the outside.

I was told at the dealer that my back brakes were bad and the rotors needed resurfaced. One year later I took my car to my regular mechanic because the front brake sensor went off. The front brakes and rotors needed replacing. I was told by visual inspection that my back brakes were at 30 percent. I will have them measured tomorrow.
