2005 honda crv torque specs for the plenum bolts and throttle body bolts

I have a 2005 Honda Cr-v lx 2.4l, need torque specs for the Plenum bolts and Throttle body bolts please.

    The intake manifold (plenum) to head bolts are 16lb/ft. The throttle body to plenum are also 16lb/ft. They are all 8mm X 1.25
