Don't know what models may be in the pipeline to test next. There was an Explorer in the fleet not long ago and now there's a '13 Focus. But it should be gone by the end of the year.

I have been driving my 2014 EX AWD for about 800 miles, and the average mileage for this is about 28.8 mpg, mostly highway.
On one entirely highway trip I got 34.8 mph on the computer over about 50 miles commuting to work. In town only I have about 22.5 mpg. My last car was a Camry Hybrid, and I developed some habits which save fuel even in a gas engined car. I use the ECO button, and coast whenever I can, looking ahead at the lights for coasting opportunities.
I'm loving this CR-V. It has so much more room and it drives nicely with decent power.
I bought one of the first 2014 Honda CRV-EXL w/nav to hit the local showroom here. It is my first ever Honda. My previous 2 cars were Caddy, Caddy, (very fine cars), and the last was a Hondai Sonata Ltd., (unbearably noisy, cramped car). My new CRV has just turned over 1,000 miles, and I am as happy as can be, so far. Now, I am elderly, accellerate easily, coast by watching my stops ahead of time, drive the speed limit, and mostly highway driving. I have broken in this car, very gently. My computer mpg, checked against actual miles/gallons used, is spot on. It is showing me that my average mpg is 34.6! The ride is comfortable, steering is exceptional, very roomy, and the car is quiet on the road. The little 4 banger runs fine, with ample accelleration. Sometimes, I use the ECON button, sometimes not, depends on how much in a hurry I am. Anyway, my wife and I could not be happier with our "Nappy".

I've got about 3500 miles on my 2013 CRV with AWD.
I don't drive much on the freeway - most of my mileage is dropping the kids at school and running errands. I no longer use ECON mode because my mileage was actually lower when using it. I average about 19 MPG. I use only Chevron gas.
I bought 2013 Honda CRV EXL-2WD what suprises me is in city I am getting 26-28 miles per gallon however on highway/freeway I never get more than 28 miles per gallon I live in Phoenix AZ I have checked my mileage to my California trip, Vegas trip and Grand Canyon trip I always keep ECO on. I am not sure why my highway mileage is to the level of EPA mark any thoughts
Just updating my overall mileage as calculated on Fuelly.com, at about 10,800 miles, my 8 month old 2014 EX AWD averages 29.8 MPG. I use mostly 89 Octane ethanol-free gas. I'd say 40% is city, 60% highway driving. Strictly highway it can go as high as about 33 MPG. All city, it's in the 22 MPG range. I'm pretty tame on the gas, I leave it on ECO, I drive the speed limit and no faster in the slow lane, and I coast whenever I can.

Pretty surprised it's not higher.
