2017 Subaru Outback Noise

Has anyone experienced squealing during slow turns with the 2017 Outback? This started when the dealer accidentally sprayed the brakes and rotors with tire spray when they were preparing the car for delivery. The dealer has cleaned the rotors and changed the brake pads to eliminate the squealing noise. The noise has decreased but persists during slow turns (e.g.,into parking spaces). The service department now claims the noise is due to the tires but it sounds metallic to me.
