Curb view activated

I recently had my instrument cluster replaced in my Envoy.
Now when I put my truck in reverse the mirror up goes up instead of down.
Put in in drive it goes back to driving position.
The repair shop said that's not their problem.
Is was working when I took in for the new instrument cluster.
Please advise

    Page 2-39 in the online PDF of your owners manual describes how to reset the mirrors curb setting. You essentially need to adjust the mirror to where you want it to be while in reverse and the system memorizes the setting.
