Should I get it?

Looking at a 2008 Solara convertible SLE w/ all goodies, in very good condition with new brakes and struts and tires and very clean grey body and tan top for 11,000 bucks. Kelly blue seems to say about 9500 bucks, but what they want seems too high, what do more experienced Toyota people think, please advise, thanks, pete
They're willing to give me 5,500 bucks for my 2011 Camry LE with 85,000 miles with badly scratched exterior
