Sqeaking noise coming from struts?

Hello all. I have a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country with 110,000 miles. When I hit bumps or take sharp turns, I hear a squeaking noise coming from the front end, especially on cold days. My guess is that it is the struts that need to be replaced. Does this sound plausible? What is the best way to test it?

    I think it's the stabilizer bar bushings I've had the same problem with my 2005 Town & Country I replace the bushings it was quiet for a couple weeks then it started again then I saw that someone said to put white lithium grease on it so I tried that this client for couple days and then back again .
