Nightmare. Bought 2001 V7 because had no transportation. Has cost over $6,000 since buying it a year ago. Had 3 front axels replaced ( dealer had to replace left because broke but I still had to pay $227. Labor replacement costs) and had to replace both axels again. Had One right ball joint, an upper engine mount (everything replaced and new). Now dealer didn't tell me driveshaft going bad so wound up paying $1800 new driveshaft from a garage. Now, to add to this misery, when I got my new driveshaft, then when I accelerate from 50 - 55mph it shakes so bad from left that I have to go slower. Mechanics have told me its transmission. but I read about things like front left drive shaft bearings, Lower Torque Rod Assembly Replacement, and coolent in the transmission fluid
from radiator from bad valve cause these types problems. Does anybody have an idea what it could be, or what it could be if it is the transmission? I am stuck with this car for at least 5 more years now and praying computer doesnt go bad or steering lock.
