RESALE: 17 Honda Civic hatch ex-l VS 14' Lexus IS250 What will they be worth in 5 years

I know these are 2 wildly different cars, but they are what I've narrowed my search to. Can anyone help me approximate what they will be worth in 5 years? I understand that options etc can affect the price but I'm not concerned with that at this point.
2017 Honda Civic Hatchback EX-L which I can buy for $24,500 and a 2014 Lexus IS250 with 20,000 miles, which I can also buy for $24,500.

    You can check out our True Cost to Own Tool to look at depreciation over five years, but we don't have 2017 Civic Hatch info up yet.

    Using a 2016 Civic sedan instead may give you some insight into how well you can expect the hatch to do.
