dvd/cd just says reading will not load

we have a 2014 t/c Chrysler van very nice...cd/dvd will not load any disc new,old ect...
it just keeps saying "READING "am,fm,and sat all work great acts like hard drive may be out ??? tried a soft-reset
but no change.any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.thank you
