Help, Identify 18" Old Steering Wheel Ford? International? Chevy?

I bought this old steering wheel at an estate sale today to hang in my garage. Can anyone help me identify the vehicle it went to? The steering wheel is 18" in diameter and is metal with a plastic coating. The underside has s molded in grip.
I thought it might be for an International vehicle or old truck?

    Sorry I got here so late...
    It's from an International Harvester L series or R series truck (early 50s era).
    It may even fit more IH vehicles.
