is it worth it to buy Honda CRV 2016 SE in 2017

I was planning to buy honda accord sport 2017 but came to know that there are some good deals in honda crv 2016 near by one of the dealer as there are 100 left in inventory

They are selling CRV 2016 SE at 22500 ( which i am planning to bargain at 21500 - 22 k ) , so wanted to know is it worth to buy this as 2017 is already out in the market ?

what kind of depreciation value i need to see when i resale it ?

Is this best deal or should i go for accord 2017 sport which i am getting at 21 K
