    Yep, one significant reason I choose the lesser EX-T model over the loaded Touring model. To me, how fast windshield wipers go is a personal choice. Sometimes you want them on full speed, but other times (especially if the glass is clean and Rain-X installed) they are just a distraction and you'd prefer to have it only do occasionally. I consider this "feature" to be a negative thing.
