2010 Chevy Traverse Stabilitrack Issues

Hi I just payed $3000 to get my vechile fixed now the stabilitrack is on again I think I might sue cause I haven't even had my vechile that long and got this problem I have my three year old grandson and I can't drive him around in this car or they need to give me another car that don't have this issue I'm tired of this problem
