2004 Oldsmovile Silhouette losing communication while shifting

I recently purchansed a 2004 Oldsmobile Silhoeutte, and lately it has been acting crazy. At first I would just lose the ability to use the power windows, now all of the dash board light, message center, speedometer, ect. Will just filcker and go awry while I am driving it, everything except the radio, and seems to be when the vehicle is shifting. When this happens, it will also sound like it is going to stall. Other times, it will drive fine. I am really hoping that it is something simple. I have had the battery and alternator checked, and all looks fine. If anybody has had any kind of experience similar to this, or may have any ideas or suggestions, please help...
