2006 Malibu - Code p0449

Can anyone give me any help with this code? Car won't start - already new starter, new fuel pump, new new new. Nothing is working. Fuses maybe???? Throwing out the P0449 code. Help please.

P0449 could be Evaporative Emission Vent Valve Solenoid , perhaps if it was messed with changing fuel pump ( I think it may be behind tank). I don't know that it would stop the car from running. What does it do (or not do), turn over ok but doesn't fire? Doesn't turn over at all? Any lights on dash that shouldn't be?

The P0449 would be very unlikely to have anything to do with the car not starting. Follow the routine in the previous response while blocking any previous repair information from the picture. Concentrate on what it is (isn't) doing now.
