1999 Ford Explorer Heater won't turn off!

I just bought a used 1999 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition, and the heater will not shut off! Is there a fuse I can pull that won't affect anything else? What could be causing this problem? It's ok in the winter, but summer is coming soon and I can't deal with the heater blowing (on high, no less) constantly. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
