1995 S-10 Transmission - Need Help!!!!!!

I have a problem I have a 1995 s10 that is making a very bad noise in the transmission it is a 5 speed manual and when I am going down the road at 55 and try to put it into reverse it makes the worse noise I have ever heard.Can anyone help?

    Never mind tried the same thing the other day and the noise stopped!!! Now I dont have reverse :(
