Please help - Endeavor check engine light

I have a endeavor 2005..how many miles do I have to drive to reset the truck? I just went to the emissions place they told me what was wrong so I put sensors on an the mass air thing on...I drove so far 100 miles..but I got tired and turned off the truck. When I got back in the light came back on..what am I doing wrong?

    So you had a check engine light on. I assume someone checked what code was coming up and that led you to change the mass air flow sensor? If the light is now still on, the mass air flow sensor was likely not the root cause. Is this a do-it-yourself project or is there a garage/mechanic involved?
