Labor Hours to Remove Fuel Tank?

Hi. I have a "service engine soon" light that just came on and the dealer is telling me they need to remove the fuel tank to determine where an emissions leak is coming from. How long does that take? They want an extra $820 which is over 6 hours which seems completely crazy to me.

    Maybe a "worst case" estimate to prevent surprises? Perhaps includes his estimate to diagnose/locate the emissions leak?
