Disconnected power to sunroof caused Check Engine light to come on
2003 Nissan Maxima
Had a water leak from the sunroof due to glass not being aligned correctly with the slide rails and the air deflector is broken in half...
I removed all interior components (ie, sun visor, sunroof\dome assembly, ect) and removed the headliner to get to the drainage hoses. Also removed glass assembly from the sunroof.
I was unable to get the sunroof to calibrate correctly so in order to level out the glass i have removed one arm out of the rail and braced it up.
Reattached headliner and all inside assembly minus the power lead to the controls for the sunroof. (i have kids that like to press buttons...)
All interior lights work, same as before...except...Check Engine light is now on...
Engine Diagnostic tool spit back 4 codes which all seem to reference fuse #15 and have a 'closed loop' error...2 of the codes are P1168 and P1800 which i assume are referring to the air sensor and VIAS solenoid...
This was not an issue until the repair above...I have not attempted to reconnected the power lead to the sunroof switches as of this post...
Some real strange sorcery here...any ideas?
