Looks like the hatch, up near the CHMSL, is hitting the rear end of the Thule box. Maybe mount it further forward - ?

It just looks that way in the photo, it had about a half-inch of clearance when fully open. And, the Thule box had a nice little insert where the antenna fit without bending too much.

Big fan of the roof box. The Yakima Skybox was a near-permanent fixture atop my Legacy GT wagon as it was the only way we could travel with the 70lb dog and the kids Mountain Buggy Stroller. When we moved up in size to a CX-9, followed by a Durango and the kids are no longer in a stroller, we use the roof box less but still use it from time to time. Absolutely love it for camping trips and its perfect for wet or dirty gear. The noise and mpg impact is less than I expected but both get worse at higher freeway speeds.
