1998 Expedition - no power to relay or pump

was driving along and 1998 expedition just quit will not crank back dropped tank checked pump was working when I put power to it I checked fuse panel under hood replaced relay still no power to pump fuse not blown changed the 2 175 amp mega fuse still no start or power to relay or pump I puzzled please help
