06 Honda Civic hybrid won't shift out of second into third it seems.It has a automatic trans .

Hi, trying to fix way my trans won't shift out of second to third ? I can run faster then this car. I have been reading up on this issue but don't no where to start? Is there a shift solenoid valve body that I can clean. Trans guild has never been changed or serviced and the Midas's runs her hard. Thanks for any help.
