Help my numbers don't add up 37,800 sale price, 26,346 residual, Mf .00120 , 40,327 cap cost(incl tax) 1390 out of pocket This is in NJ

    Hi @sweez51114 Thanks for replying with Edmunds. Is this deal in reference to a Highlander? I'm assuming it is but want to make sure as it wasn't stated. Which numbers weren't making sense here? I wasn't seeing a payment figure itself. I was also a bit confused how there's a $2,500 difference between the sale price, and the "Out the Door" Total. New Jersey taxes the sum of the payments less finance charges. Sales tax should be around $1,000, and I can't imagine there would be another $1,500 in fees.
