2017 WRX Prices Paid

Edmunds and KBB are showing a true market value at just below invoice. Just curious what people have been able to get, out the door (tax, tag, title, dest, everything included). Also, there's a dearth of hail damaged BRZ's in Dallas. I've read that it can cost as much as 12k to fix it. Anyone have experience with that? TIA.
