98 Explorer Eddie Bauer edition stalling
Vehicle used to hesitate at hwy speeds. It would feel like it was losing gas and I would have to pull over. I was told to change the throttle body positioner, which I did. Then car began stalling out when I would slow down. Cleaned the air idle control valve and it worked great for about 3 days. Bought air idle control valve and now it still stalls, but now idles rough. I have the smell of gas when it stalls. Any help would be great. My next ideas are to change plugs and wires and possibly the fuel pump. I Also changed fuel filter.
