hi Car man... do you know when this rate expires, when the $2500 incentive expires, and whether this $2500 is applicable to a car purchased via the European Purchase Program? Thanks!
Hello cashmandoo. BMW's June incentives are scheduled to run through July 9th. I'm not sure if the $2,500 is available on vehicles that are purchased through the European Delivery program, but I'll try to find out.

Hi Car_Man - I have a new 2013 M6 convertible built & ready to leave Germany. I'm having a tough time finding the MF and (to a lesser extent) residual for Nov-Dec 2013. I'll be doing a 36m/10k lease. Thank for any help possible!
Here's the information that you need, steclimor. BMW Financial Services' November / December buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 M6 Convertible (nice car BTW) with 10,000 miles per year are .00125 and 53% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.
There is a solid $3,500 holiday cash incentive on this car right now. Make sure that the dealer takes that off of your car's negotiated selling price.

What is the money factor and residual % for both the 640i two door and four door ( I am not sure which I want) assuming a 36 month lease and $10,000 miles a year? Does BMW still offer a lower loyalty rate for current BMW lesses? Is BMW offering $3,500 holiday cash on these incentives two cars?
Can you please get me the money factor and residual on a 2013 640i Gran Coupe for 12,000 miles a year, 15,000 miles a year? I was trying to reverse engineer their 10K miles offer for $799 but it's better I just ask you here! Thanks in advance.
You've already given us the factors for Nov/Dec for the M6 Convertible. Any difference in either of those for a 6 series Convertible Xi? Also... any reason why I couldn't do European Delivery program, combined with Loyalty cash AND BMW's $3500 incentive to bring my starting cost way down, then have the resulting residual be based on that? Or would residual be calculated as % of MSRP? Thanks again!
Here's the information that you're looking for njwlog. BMW Financial Services' January buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 650i Gran Coupe with 12,000 miles per year are .00130 and 60% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are .00130 and 54%.

Do you know the Current lease incentives when will expire , just wanted to know how long I have before placing the order. And If The european delivery disscound can be used with current incentives.
The 2014 model doesnt get the $3500 incentive, it's just for the 2013's but you can get the $750 Loyalty if you currently own a BMW. The MF is .00130 so that is being marked up some. I don't have the MF for European Delivery
Getting a price of $873/mo (no tax) for a 640i 10k, all the rebates and loyalty and $500 USAA for 36mo. About 5% off MARP selling price ($90450 selling, lease based off $86415 then rebates). Money factor .0009 and residual 57%.
Trying to see if I should pull the trigger on this car tomorrow. My previous deal post was this:
Getting a price of $873/mo (no tax) for a 640i 10k, all the rebates and loyalty and $500 USAA for 36mo. About 5% off MSRP selling price ($90450 selling, lease based off $86415 then rebates). Money factor .0009 and residual 57%. $6k cash down.
I am working with my dealer on a deal for a fully loaded 650. Between dealer discounts and incentives (BMW, Loyalty, and USAA) I am getting about $10K off of MSRP. I am trying to figure out the lease terms and was wondering what MF and Residual I would get on a 36M and 39M lease with 12K miles. I saw a previous poster with .0009MF and have seen that on another site and was wondering if that was correct.
One last thing. Does the MF change at all as the lease extends in term? I.E. 42 or 48 months? And what is the Residual on 48M. I am looking at all options and thinking that a lease to buy may work out if the residual is low enough on 48M and the MF stays at .0009. Otherwise, I will probably stay at 36M.
Any idea what the MF and Residual will be on this at 36M and 12,000 miles per year. I am contemplating building a 2014, since finding a 2013 with the right options and color combo has been tough.
NEVER BUY A 12k or 15k lease! You can buy miles at 0.16/mi anytime during the lease. This is cheaper than building them in PLUS you just buy what you need as late as 4mo prior to lease end. I have a 2013 650i I know I'll do 45k but building into lease was .20-.22/mi and you risk buying miles you won't use.
Hi allian. BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 650i Coupe with 12,000 miles per year are .00090 and 54% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
If you were to lease with 10,000 miles per year instead, this car's residual value would be 1% higher.
BMW is now providing a $5,000 dealer cash incentive on this car. Make sure to take it into account when negotiating your vehicle's capitalized cost.

rravin, the MF and RV's for a 2013 650i and 640i coupe are going ot be the same at .0009. The RV for 24 months is 58% and 52% for 36 months for 15k miles/yr. Add 2% for 12k and 3% for 10k miles/yr. The $5000 build out cash is still available, same with the $750 loyalty cash
