I was wondering what are the money factor and residual rate for a Honda Civic Ex 2017 without HS, 36 months/12K miles in Houston, Texas, Zipcode: 77024?

I was planning on negotiating monthly payment amount of 250$ with no down payment. Only payments at the time of the acquisition would be the title, registration, acquisition fee and sales tax, which might add up to be 1500$

Also, is it true that in Texas the sales tax is calculated based on the selling price and not on the depreciation cost of the car?

Yes, Texas taxes the full selling price, even on a lease.
