I plan to purchase a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L or Base in July or August. I am in the CT area. One of the best quotes I obtain is listed as below:

Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L quote:
Retain price: $33,780
Sale price: $27,913
Accessories: $399
Dealer doc fees + TTL: $499 (Doc) + $188 (Government fee)
Tax : ~$1829
Total Price: ~$30,828

Honda Accord Hybrid Base:
Retain price: $30,440
Sale price: $25,103
Accessories: $399
Dealer doc fees + TTL: $499 (Doc) + $188 (Government fee)
Tax : ~$1651
Total Price: ~$27,840

are they the good deal? Any comment for further bargaining? Thanks.

  • Hi @ctninja, Both are fantastic deals. I'm not a fan of the accessories if they are at full price but the sales price makes up for it. The Doc fee is at the average for CT ($499).

New car sales have been slow and are expected to have more incentives in the coming months. There is sort of a risk if you wait as inventory slims down but there could be potential for better deals.
