Car Buying Advice - 2014 Honda CR-V LX Pre-owned Price Check

Hi there,

Went into a Honda dealer today interested in a 2014 Honda CR-V LX, AWD with 25,100 miles. Certified one-owner, clean car fax and autocheck (no damage ever reported - was a one-owner 3-year lease), and new tires. It has the baseline features for a 2014 (e.g. rear camera, bluetooth, etc.), but otherwise no added bells and whistles. Still 2 years left on a 5-year warranty.

Rock-bottom quote the dealer said they can't go below, and let us walk out on, was $18,500. This includes a $599 dealer fee that's added to all purchases. Based off of research here, KBB, and Truecar, this feels about right, but wanted to do a quick check before returning.

Thanks in advance!
Dave
