Car Buying Advice - Is this a good deal on a CR-V lease?

Got a quote of $396 a month for the 2017 CRV-EX AWD with $0 down, 39/12k. Net value they are giving after discounts was $26,572. What is my MF? Residual value $17421

You're welcome @jomamajomama I double checked the rates, and it looks solid! The MF is still 0.00200, but when I did the calculation, it ended up being the same deal. Looks great! Hey @jomamajomama Thanks for reaching out to Edmunds! I'd be happy to help with this lease here. Looks like a fantastic discount here of $2,500 off. In most markets, this is far below our Edmunds TMV (Avg price paid in your area). Check out the TMV in your area, though I'm pretty confident that this deal is better as it's even below invoice by $800. Honda doesn't have any special MF incentives, so it would default to Honda's standard rate of 0.00200. What payment did they end up giving you? I'll double check the math and see how it all looks. If I can get your zip code, I can also account for the taxes and such. Thanks!
