Chevy Volt Charger NOT charging

I Hope someone can help me...... I noticed today no matter where I tried to plug in my car (the usual places I always do, home and work) that my charging light on my dash doesn't come on and there is a blinking red light on my charge device under the steady green light.     A flashing red indicator means that there is a vehicle fault and the charger cable ground fault circuit interrupter "GFCI" has tripped.
