Chevy Volt Charger NOT charging

I Hope someone can help me...... I noticed today no matter where I tried to plug in my car (the usual places I always do, home and work) that my charging light on my dash doesn't come on and there is a blinking red light on my charge device under the steady green light. Maybe someone from Chevy can chime in and let me know if so you can email me directly at: micmufman@yahoo.com Thanks

A flashing red indicator means that there is a vehicle fault and the charger cable ground fault circuit interrupter "GFCI" has tripped.
