Car Buying Advice - Want to lease in September /luxury sedan or coupe, what are the best deals?

As the topic states, im semi-agnostic and have many cars I would be open to driving, I just want the best deal for the price. Any thoughts from others on the board about their top 3 we will call it picks for the month that are just leasing well or have too many incentives not to look at?
