Hi, planning to buy a Highlander AWD limited, below is best pricing I can get so far with the 0% apr and no extra add ons

$39,341 +$172.15 Doc. Fee +$25 Electronic Fee +$2,866.52 DuPage Tax +$120 transfer plates +$15 County fee = total = $42,539.67

The MSRP was $44135. Is this a good deal?

 Thanks
